Notes - 5 of 7 children living in 1900 -- Venango Co., PA Deed Book states that Lavina lived at Titusville, PA in 1899; in MI in 1918; Lived in Detroit, MI in 1935 -- Lavina was survived by 3 grandchildren -- Lavina's family moved to Olean, NY before moving to MI -- Lavina lived w/her newly widowed son-in-law, Lucian Parrish, in 1930 -- Lavina gave her age as 49 (she fudged about 10 years) when she married William Kent -- Lavina lived with daughter, Alice and her husband in 1935, 1940 -- Lavina's last name was Martin on the 1940 Kent Co., MI Census but she stated she was a widow; So, I don't know if she and Kent were divorced or if he just died and she went back to the last name of Martin -- Amanda's Death Certificate gave last name of "Martin" -- The Informant for the Death Certificate of Amanda (Pryer) Martin was her daughter, Alice Bearl
